“Conformity"

We all face struggles, we all have fears, we are all torn between difficult decisions in our lives. That is why I chose to illustrate someone being ripped to pieces by major aspects of their life. Approximately 45% of Americans have been affected by divorce. The average U.S. citizen makes under $30,000 a year. Religious and political agendas cause huge debates in everyday conversations. We are expected to work most of our lives to enjoy the last few years we have, but then we are not able to do what we wanted to do in the first place.

I made this to show how we are letting society, peer pressure, and the fear of being unwanted keep us from who we really are, and it is driving this whole world to insanity. We are so focused trying to be that impossible perfect person that we don’t let ourselves be incredible in our own ways. Instead we need to learn from the struggles that are tearing us apart so we may be better at handling issues in the future. Alone with problems we may fail, but together we can all hold strong onto each other.

James 1:2-4
